Description
- the 3.5.0 release actually includes an archive of just the HTML docs (https://download.osgeo.org/gdal/3.5.0/gdal350doc.zip)
- so much easier, than compiling the docs manually
- but the docs are ~83 MB size
- maybe could just include the PDF (3 MB)
(this helps for workshops where there is no internet access, which does happen)
