Description
- available in GDAL >= 2.3.0 http://www.gdal.org/drv_mvt.html
- coming in MapServer 7.2 https://github.com/mapserver/mapserver/pull/5376
Note that one dependent library "protobuf-c" is not easily compiled on Windows (https://github.com/protobuf-c/protobuf-c/issues/168)
- possible build steps https://github.com/alex85k/winbuilds (also built with MSVC 2015 initially)
