228	running zoo-project on ms4w 4.0.1	niroshan	Jeff McKenna	"We were using ms4w 4.0, then We completely uninstalled it and reinstalled 
ms4w 4.0.1.
We tried to use zoo-project in it.
Then it complains libeay32.dll is missing.
So, we copied it from old version and paste on Apache bin and cgi-bin.
Now it is working.
We would like to clarify whether we want to do that manually 
again and again?
